Nov 6, 2025 - Renua Energy is pleased to report that we have successfully completed our 6th travel plaza project in New York.

"There were a number of challenges throughout several of the phases of this project but, in the end, we successfully completed the mission," commented Renua's Founder and President, Dave Byrne. "Our crew stepped up more than once to meet the challenges they faced and I couldn't be more proud of the way our team performed."

Building out the EV charging infrastructure at these plazas is a multi-month process with multiple stakeholders. From the initial permitting through to the final close out, multiple teams from a dozen or more companies all play significant roles in making projects like this a success.
